What Is The Best Way Get Summer Time Ready?
“What matters most is finding what works best for your life. Your time demands, your work schedule, your social life, your environment, and your food preferences. If you can find what works for you, it is not only going to feel like so much less work, but it's going to be so much easier to be consistent with it. Once you find what works for you and mold it to your life that’s where you get the consistency”
How Do You Develop Discipline?
“You have to let go of this idea of having to be perfect with your fitness. A lot of the times we think we have to be all or nothing with our fitness. It's either like, I'm waking up at 4am and working out every day. Or if I'm not doing that, then I'm a failure because every everybody else on social media is working out all the time. The sooner you can let go of being perfect and accept that, of course, there's going to be days where I can't make it to the gym, of course, there's going to be days where I should prioritize my family, my work, my relationships, and my life over fitness, because that's how it's supposed to be, the better. Secondly is just showing up. Don't try to be the perfect person, try to be the gritty guy who just shows up no matter what, however he can with whatever he's got, if you can. Make that your new internal dialogue… just show up, just show up, just show up.”
