Matt Bergstad truly believes his purpose is to help professionals achieve their dreams while connecting their skills for humanity's greater good. His multicultural experience at St. John's Northwestern Military Academy has afforded him the ability to communicate, support, and lead diverse teams of differing races, religions, creeds, and socioeconomic backgrounds, leveraging these seasoned interpersonal skills to achieve maximum impact on goals. Matt loves to learn and thoroughly enjoys engaging those with alternative perspectives than himself to grow our collective understanding.
His attitude towards fitness is the same mindset that carried him through college and life. Matt is not afraid of failure; on the contrary, Matt he embraces it. As a 26-year-old senior, paying his own way through college, working as a server, and struggling early, there were many opportunities for failure to define him. His perseverance has honed an uncanny problem-solving ability that manifests in optimizing processes and behavior. Matt attributes these creative thinking skills to his unorthodox upbringing. He looks to simplify our complex world with logical solutions to create richer and healthier lives for its inhabitants and apply his never give up attitude to any obstacle in our path.
It was a pleasure and honor to get to know Matt as a friend and professional as he shares some keys that I believe everyone can use to unlock the next level of achievement and success in their life.
